FOR WOMEN READY TO BETTER UNDERSTAND THEIR HORMONES & TAKE AN ACTIVE ROLE IN THEIR HEALTH

The Hormone Powered Experience

A 6-week live group experience designed to help you become more hormone-literate, advocate for your health & build your own customized Hormone Action Plan.

For the first time, I'm teaching the Hormone Powered foundations LIVE.

I haven't accepted new 1:1 patients in more than three years, but this November, I'm opening up dedicated time to guide a group of women through the seven components I believe are essential to supporting hormonal health.

There's no shortage of information about women's hormones. But knowing what to do for YOU is another story.

Maybe you've been told your lab work looks normal, even though you don't feel quite like yourself.

Maybe you've tried changing your diet, taking supplements, or adjusting your exercise routine, only to wonder whether you're focusing on the right things.

Or perhaps you're feeling well right now, but want to understand how to support your body as you age.

You start doing your research, but the more you learn, the more questions you seem to have...

Should you focus on cortisol? Blood sugar? Your thyroid? Do you need hormone testing? When should you do this, what should you test, and what do your results mean? What about supplements or hormone therapy?

And how do you know which recommendations actually apply to you?

Dr. Corina Dunlap

Here's what I want every woman to understand: Your hormones don't work in isolation, and there's no single approach that's right for everyone.

Your sleep, stress response, nutrition, metabolism, health history, and stage of life all influence the bigger picture.

Yet so much of the advice we're given focuses on a single symptom, one hormone, or the newest supplement promising to fix everything.

Without understanding the foundations, it's easy to spend years trying different things without ever feeling confident about what your body actually needs.

You don't have to become a hormone expert. But you deserve to understand your own body well enough to make informed decisions and advocate for yourself.

Hormone literacy is one of the most valuable investments you can make in your health.

When I wrote Hormone Powered, one of my biggest goals was to give women the education about their bodies that so many of us never received.

We learn about getting our periods and preventing pregnancy. But we're rarely taught how our hormones influence the many interconnected systems that help us function, feel well, and stay healthy throughout our lives.

And even less often are we taught what we can actually do to support those systems.

That's why I created the 7-component Hormone Action Plan.

Rather than focusing on one hormone or symptom, this framework brings together the foundations I believe deserve our attention at every stage of life.

The 7 Components of Your Hormone Action Plan

1

Manage Stress & Anxiety

Understand how your stress response influences hormonal health and learn ways to better support your nervous system.

2

Stabilize Your Blood Sugar

Explore how blood sugar regulation influences energy, metabolism, and hormonal health.

3

Get Deep, Restorative Sleep

Learn why restorative sleep matters and how to develop routines that support it.

4

Balance Your Energy Input & Output

Discover how nutrition, movement, strength, and recovery work together to support your body.

5

Support Detoxification & Fight Chronic Inflammation

Understand how your body's natural detoxification and inflammatory processes work, and how to support their healthy function.

6

Customize for Your Conditions & Life Stage

Adapt your approach to your health history, symptoms, goals, and life stage.

7

Create Your Support Network

Build the relationships, resources, and systems that help you care for yourself consistently.

The foundations stay relevant. How you apply them evolves.

Whether you're in your reproductive years, noticing your first perimenopausal shifts, in the thick of perimenopause, or navigating life after menopause, these foundations can help you make more informed decisions about your health.

But your Hormone Action Plan shouldn't look exactly like someone else's.

Your health history, lifestyle, goals, and current life stage all matter.

The goal isn't to overhaul your entire life or tackle all seven components perfectly. It's to understand which areas deserve the most attention and create an approach that makes sense for you.

My book gives you the framework. The Hormone Powered Experience lets you put that framework into practice with my guidance.

Let’s turn what you know about hormones into a plan you can actually use.

Six weeks of expert education, practical application, and personalized insights.

I've created The Hormone Powered Experience for women who are ready to move beyond collecting health information and start understanding how to use it.

Over 6 live sessions, I'll walk you through the 7 components of the Hormone Action Plan, sharing the science behind each foundation and the most important things I believe every woman should understand and pay attention to.

As we explore each component, you'll begin identifying the areas where your body could benefit from more support and gradually build your own Hormone Action Plan.

You'll also receive a private, 60-minute lab review and strategy session with a member of our Naturopathic by Design® team, to help you better understand relevant lab findings and how they may inform your priorities.

Throughout the experience, you'll have opportunities to ask questions during our live group sessions and connect with other women committed to learning about their health.

Dr. Corina Dunlap

My hope is that you'll walk away with three things:

A deeper understanding of your body.

Become more hormone literate and understand how the foundations of hormonal health apply to your life.

Greater confidence advocating for your health.

Feel better equipped to ask thoughtful questions, evaluate health recommendations, and participate in decisions about your care.

Your own customized Hormone Action Plan.

Identify the habits, routines, and priorities that make sense for your individual needs, with a practical framework you can continue refining over time.

These testimonials reflect individual experiences receiving 1:1 care with Dr. Dunlap, not participation in The Hormone Powered Experience. This group educational program is different from individualized naturopathic medical care, and individual results vary.

Let’s build your Hormone Action Plan, one component at a time.

Each week, we'll explore a different part of the framework, connecting the science of hormonal health with practical ways to support your body.

As we progress, you'll identify the priorities and practices that make sense for your individual needs.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

Discover Your Hormone Type

Before our first live session, you'll complete the Hormone Type Assessment from Hormone Powered to explore whether you identify most closely with the Caretaker, Achiever, or Survivor.

These aren't medical diagnoses, but a way to reflect on the beliefs and patterns that may influence how you approach your health.

WEEK 1 — NOVEMBER 11

Manage Stress & Anxiety + Get Deep, Restorative Sleep

Components 1 & 3

How are stress and sleep influencing my hormones, mood, and energy?

Stress and sleep affect nearly every aspect of our well-being, yet they're often the first things we compromise when life gets busy.

We'll explore how your stress response and sleep rhythms interact with hormonal health, and practical ways to create more restorative daily routines.

WEEK 2 — NOVEMBER 18

Stabilize Your Blood Sugar

Component 2

What does blood sugar have to do with my hormonal health?

Blood sugar regulation influences far more than your risk of diabetes. It also plays an important role in energy, appetite, and metabolic health.

We'll discuss why blood sugar stability matters throughout a woman's life and how everyday food choices can support healthier regulation.

WEEK 3 — NOVEMBER 24

Balance Your Energy Input & Output

Component 4

Am I giving my body what it needs to thrive, or constantly asking it to do more with less?

Hormonal health depends on adequate nourishment, movement, muscle, rest, and recovery.

We'll explore how to find a more supportive balance between the energy you take in and the energy you expend, with consideration for your goals, activity level, and stage of life.

This session takes place on Tuesday because of Thanksgiving.

WEEK 4 — DECEMBER 2

Support Detoxification & Fight Chronic Inflammation

Component 5

How can I better support the systems that help my body process, regulate, and recover?

Your body is constantly working to metabolize substances, manage inflammation, and maintain balance.

We'll explore how the liver, gut, and other systems contribute to hormonal health, along with nutrition and lifestyle practices that support their natural functions.

WEEK 5 — DECEMBER 9

Customize for Your Conditions & Life Stage

Component 6

How do I make this plan work for my body and the season of life I'm in?

Your hormonal needs evolve, and your health history matters.

We'll explore how to adapt your Hormone Action Plan for different symptoms, conditions, and stages of life, from the reproductive years through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

We'll also touch on testing and treatment considerations, including when a conversation with your healthcare provider may be helpful.

WEEK 6 — DECEMBER 16

Create Your Support Network + Bring Your Plan Together

Component 7

How do I turn what I've learned into something I can realistically maintain?

Knowing what supports your health is one thing. Creating the conditions to follow through is another.

We'll explore how relationships, boundaries, and support systems influence long-term wellbeing, then bring the seven components together into a Hormone Action Plan that fits your life.

PLUS: Your Private Lab Review + Strategy Session

An opportunity to better understand your individual health picture.

In addition to our group sessions, you'll receive one private, 60-minute lab review and strategy session with a member of our Naturopathic by Design® team.

You'll review relevant lab findings, discuss your health concerns, and explore how those insights may help inform the Hormone Action Plan you're building.

We'll provide educational observations and practical coaching guidance to help you consider your priorities and next steps.

We encourage you to complete updated lab testing before your session so you can gain a clearer understanding of your current health picture. However, if you've had lab work done recently, you're welcome to bring those results instead.

You can purchase any new testing separately; it typically costs around $250 or less, depending on your needs.

Your private session must be completed by January 31, 2027.
