What's Included

Normally, working face-to-face with one of our coaches starts at a $3,000 minimum investment. This fast-track gets you the same personalized process, in three sessions, for a fraction of that.

Intake & Strategy Call

A one-on-one conversation to understand your history, your symptoms, and where you're stuck.

Lab Review & Pattern Interpretation

Your coach reviews your labs and identifies the underlying pattern driving what you're experiencing.

Your Hormone Action Plan

Your coach builds out the initial steps of your personalized plan, based on your labs and your goals.

Every session is one-on-one with either Maddy Michielssen or Haley Smith — not a generic protocol, a plan built around you.

Meet the Coaches

Maddy Michielssen

Best for metabolic and body-composition optimization: sustained weight and muscle changes, better energy, steadier blood sugar, and finally moving past that stuck feeling. Dr. Corina's husband, her oldest daughter, and Dr. Corina herself are all working with Maddy right now.

Haley Smith

Best for missing or irregular periods, or when conception isn't happening. Known around the clinic as the period and fertility whisperer, Haley has helped some of the most challenging fertility cases go on to healthy pregnancies.
