Included Visits

Introduction to Care
Get set up for lab work, complete health history questionnaire, and more.
Virtual with RN 

Initial Visit Comprehensive Health Analysis (75 minutes)
Virtual or in-person by request at Portland, ME office

Initial Lab Results Review + Custom Wellness Plan Delivery (60 minutes)
Includes lifestyle, exercise, dietary, and supplement plan (in the form of targeted botanicals, nutrients, or amino acids). If deemed necessary, pharmaceutical prescriptions and/or recommendations for additional medical services or testing add-ons may be included (see below).
Virtual visit 

Follow-up Visits (30 minutes each)
Health Optimization: follow-up at 1 and 3 months

Check-Ins (as needed throughout care)
Direct messaging or phone call

Comprehensive Labs & Specialty Testing

Patients can opt to have comprehensive labs run through their health insurance. You will see two payment options below - depending on whether you want to include comprehensive labs in your plan, or run them through your insurance. Please be advised that based on the individual's insurance plan and coverage, you may receive partial bills directly from the lab for anything not covered in full.

In addition to running the full panel of comprehensive labs, there are several specialty tests that are included in your plan. 

*Please note any clients that are outside of our provider's of CA, MA, ME, NH, and OR, we cannot act as your doctor, but we can act as a health consultant. You will still be able to participate in our Fertility Optimization program and get excellent care however, we cannot order tests directly or prescribe pharmaceuticals in these cases. Our team will guide you on the steps necessary to order your Comprehensive and Specialty labs directly through a third-party service, Rupa Health, or your local health provider. You will be responsible for paying for the recommended labs outside the program's cost.

Every person is unique! If necessary, our proviers might recommend tests that are not included in the offering. This will be a discussion, and you will have the option to proceed if advised.

Included Services

Our fertility optimization program is structured to be a comprehensive health plan that gives you priority access to the provider and makes it as convenient as possible for you to improve your health. The following services are included in your plan:

Direct Messaging

You will be granted access to a private, HIPAA-compliant messaging service for non-urgent communications. Replies will be sent during business hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9-4:30). Direct messaging is included for the duration of the program.

No Wait or Minimal Wait Appointments

We will make every effort to ensure that you are seen on time at your scheduled visit, whether in person or online. If we foresee a minimal wait time, we will communicate that to you as quickly as possible.

In Person and/or Virtual Appointments

You have the option of choosing to be seen in person or virtually for your initial appointment. After that, all visits will be virtual, unless told otherwise by the provider.

Coordinated Care

Our doctors will coordinate with other providers and assist patients in obtaining specialty care as needed.

Supplement Discount

As part of our program, you will receive 15% off all dietary supplement purchases through a third-party service.

If your insurance is NOT in network with LabCorp or you are on a Medicare/Medicaid health plan, we will provide you with a quote for your comprehensive labs prior to each of your lab draws. 

Please note that we always to our best to code your labs for maximum coverage by your insurance plan. However, we cannot guarantee full coverage as every plan is so unique. If your labs are not covered in full, a bill will be sent directly to you from LabCorp.

For International or Out of State Patients

Any clients that are outside of our provider's licensed states of CA, MA, ME, NH, and OR, we cannot act as your doctor, but we can act as a health consultant. You will still be able to participate in our Fertility Optimization program and get excellent care however, we cannot order tests directly or prescribe pharmaceuticals in these cases. Our team will guide you on the steps necessary to order your Comprehensive and Specialty labs directly through a third-party service, Rupa Health, or your local health provider. You will be responsible for paying for the recommended labs outside the program's cost.
