Coaching sessions are personalized to your goals and needs. They may include support in self-ordering and understanding your labs, optimizing your diet and nutrition, or incorporating stress management and self-care routines.
All sessions are 1:1 with your coach so that you can get the most personalized support and the fastest results possible.

Maddy is a Functional Nutritional Therapy and Restorative Wellness Practitioner with advanced training and expertise in weight loss, metabolic health, nutritional blood chemistry, health mindset, and hormone longevity. She has worked with over 350 women of all ages, including former competitors, current pro athletes, busy moms, young adults, and C-suite executives who have struggled with weight gain, PCOS, Hashimoto’s, insulin resistance, among other concerns. Having seen first-hand the harmful effects of extreme diets and over-exercise, Maddy is uniquely positioned to help women achieve body confidence and weight loss goals in a metabolically and hormonally safe way.
